PARASOMNIA

a disquieting dance nightmare

SATURDAY, MAY 20 & TUESDAY, MAY 23

Doors at 7pm | Show at 8pm
Pre-show cocktail hour 7-8pm brought to you by Bamba Vodka & Lumenbooth.

at The Faris Family Studio
AT THE SCOTIABANK DANCE CENTRE

The night has come. The day is done. It’s time to sleep.

Sleep is the most mysterious part of the human experience. Science has linked sleep to memory processing and emotional stabilizing. Sleep is essential. And although we need it, sometimes sleep is not so restful. For some of us, sleep invites more than just sweet dreams. When others are resting peacefully, we experience PARASOMNIA.

In the dark of your room. In the quiet of the witching hour. There is something standing in the corner. You can just barely see it, but you are certain it is there. And it’s inching its way closer to you…

Join our sweet little Lamb as she weaves and wanders her way through her worst nightmares. But is it all a dream? Can anyone tell the difference between the waking world and reality? This is all in her head… right?

We are awakening our first ever stage show, PARASOMNIA.

Should I arrive early to claim a seat?

Your ticket guarantees you a seat in your assigned row but specific seats are not assigned. There will be a cocktail hour before the show (7-8pm), so feel free to come early to enjoy a drink and pick out your exact seats.

What if there are 4 people in my party and there aren’t 4 seats next to each other available when I arrive?

Our ushers may ask folks to shift by one seat to ensure no one sits without someone from their party (ie if there are 1 & 3 seats, we will ask for a shift to ensure 4 if possible or 2 & 2 at least!). We will not ask folks who have arrived and chosen seats to move more than one seat to accommodate large groups so please arrive early if you’re hoping to secure a block of seats. Or gather all your friends and buy a whole row! ;)

Are there minimum age or ID requirements to enter the event?

This event is 19+. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 19 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. LGBTQIA2+ and all identities are welcome.
